Yoga eco mat

A yoga eco mat is latex free and made from newly developed foam. The foam also contains no PVC or rubber and has no toxic materials.

Before the yoga eco mat was patented, environmentally conscientious yoga practitioners had to use a blanket to avoid latex. However, this new material features natural attraction and nonslip performance not found in blankets. They also feature a closed cell construction to prevent absorption of sweat.

Over time, your yoga eco mat may still become slippery. This is more likely to happen if you engage in high heat yoga. If you're mat becomes dirty simply clean it with mild soap and water.
